Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The free plan requires no payment details at all. You only need a card when upgrading to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
What counts as an invoice on the free plan?
Each invoice you create counts toward your 5 per month limit. Voided invoices do not count. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
FlashBill is not registered for VAT, so prices shown are the final price — no VAT is added on top.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first payment. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is FlashBill suitable for CIS contractors?
Absolutely — CIS is our core feature. FlashBill handles all 6 CIS × VAT combinations (TC-01 to TC-06) automatically, including Reverse Charge VAT and CIS deduction calculations. No maths required.
What payment methods do my clients get?
On Starter and above, your clients can pay via Stripe (card), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or scan a QR code on the spot. Bank transfer is available on all plans.
When is the Business plan launching?
